Description

The scientific name is «Pirusmalus» .The systematic apple orchards in our country occupying an area of 196.263 hectares and the average annual apple production amounts to 349.420 tonnes. The apple is rich in vitamins, dietary fiber, minerals. It contains calcium, phosphorus, ferrum, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A, folic acid, biotin, malic acid. It should be eaten with the peel, after being washed thoroughly. The apple peel contains many vitamins and insoluble fiber, which helps in proper functioning of the digestive system and burn fat. Having few calories helps the body to maintain healthy. It’s good to be eaten after a meal.
